Well, we are break from school for Christmas break. We got on on Thursday before Christmas and we go back Tuesday, and the students come back Wednesday.
My sister Rebecca and her family were able to come to Greene for the holidays and spent Thursday through today. Leah has so much fun playing with her cousins. She's such a little mom to "Nah" (Alaina). She's always so worried about her. Its just too cute. So, here are some pictures from the week, and from Christmas and Christmas Eve.
Family pic try... clearly Eric and Leah didn't get the memo to smile.
Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!! Here are a few pictures... Leah had pictures taken the other night per Grandma Linn and this is a few shots when we got home.. of course she was being a ham! We are looking forward to a few days off!!!!
So, Leah was a princess this Halloween, and she loved it.. She loved Trick-or-Treating. We went in Greene on Sunday night, and then went in Mason City on Monday night... So, here are a few pics of our little Princess :)
Getting ready to go... had to help Grandma sweep first...
And dust bust.. :)
All ready to go!!
Mom, this is heavy and it doesn't even have candy in it!!
So, we got Leah a pumpkin to carve, and she wanted nothing to do with it... I mostly just wanted her to stick her hands in and get all the "junk" out of it.. although I should have KNOWN that she woudln't want to get her hands messy... So I mostly did the carving, and she played with her toys..
Holding on to me...hoping I wouldn't make her touch it...
I made another cake this weekend for my friend Paula. Her son Carson turns 2 tomorrow and he loves John Deere tractors, so i made a tractor cake (although I've totally gone against everything I've ever learned growing up on RED tractors!) :) So, Happy 2nd Birthday Carson! I hope you like your cake :)

I met Paula in Story City to deliver the cakes, and it was good to see her!! It's been too long!! Miss you and good seeing you today!!! :)
